Pictures

We snuck into the Lutheran church in Dayton last night to have a look around and so that Paul could play on "Grandpa Marlan's organ." We walked all over the building and in the basement Grace found a photo album on the wall that had pictures of every year's confirmation kids. We went all the way back to the 1960s looking at pictures and we found Grandpa Marlan, Aunt Kathy, Great-Aunt Maradith. But the funniest was when Grace saw pictures of Great-Aunt Julie and Daddy. We found Julie's picture first and I told Grace - "That's Julie." She put her hands on her hips, looked at me and said "No! Not Julie. She's too little. That's not Julie!" And then when she saw Paul's picture she said "That's not Daddy. Daddy's old. Must be his brother!"
