This is our busiest time of the year (Dec.-March) with musical, classes (Paul teaching them and Kelli taking a full-time overload), kids and kid activities, church activities and the list goes on and on. We will all be happy when Spring Break at ICCC arrives and we can all breathe a sigh of relief for a few days and then it's back to the grind before the semester ends in May.
The girls however, have greatly missed Paul as he is at work by 7:30 and home most nights between 9-10 p.m. so they essentially see him for ten minutes in the morning. Paul surprised them this morning though. He woke them up early, got them dressed and ready to go and took them to Casey's (their favorite) and let them pick out donuts for breakfast. They came back and all enjoyed breakfast together before having to head off to day care and work. It also gave me a chance to get ready for work by myself without having to check in with everyone. I loved it and the girls did too! Time with Daddy is always fun!
Hopefully the next post that we have will include pictures of little Landon! Our hope is that if he doesn't come this weekend that he will hold off and wait through next week as that's the week of Iowa Central's musical. But then again, we don't really get a say in the matter!
